Shipping

Wondering exactly when your order will be on its way? Here are a few general rules to give you an idea. A "Business Day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays.

All orders placed by 3 PM CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM CST Friday through Sunday that are being shipped via UPS or FedEx will not ship until the earliest business day.  Next Day and Second Day shipments are only shipped Monday through Friday.

If an item is out of stock and will not ship within three business days, we'll be sure to notify you within two business days of placing your order.  Any expedited shipments are an upcharge depending on weight/location.  

All sales are final.

For International Shipments:

SerBeya is not responsible for additional customs fees or taxes.  Any additional costs is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If taxes and/or fees or other such additional costs are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive any refund for shipping.
